Romania’s Gas Consumption Totally Covered This Winter – Econ Min

"The gas pressure in normal and the national gas consumption is totally covered," the ministry said in a press release Thursday, following another meeting of the Commission in charge with ensuring the natural gas supply, in view of the recent gas crisis created by the cease in imports from Russia.

The Economy Ministry’s priority is to keep the national gas transport system in functioning at normal parameters, to ensure household consumers would not be affected by this winter’s low temperatures.

The Commission’s next meeting is scheduled for Friday, January 9.
