Boc asked the ministers to draw up a list of European projects that can be financed in the first six months of 2011, so that co-financing for them could be assigned higher priority in the 2011 state budget, says a Government press release.

Data analyzed during the meeting stated that requests had been submitted for 22,890 projects between 2007 and October 29, 2010, of which 5,983 were approved. Contracts or financing decisions have been signed for 4,318 projects. The total funds granted in the same interval, through all seven sectorial operational programs, amount to more than 5.8 billion lei (EUR1=RON4.2848).
