They said the request for the confidence vote on the education bill, as well as the motion of no-confidence that follows it, have been put on the Parliament's agenda, so the Government deems it necessary to consult the Constitutional Court.
On Friday, the Constitutional Court said Government undermined the Parliament's attributions as legislator by seeking to adopt the country's education bill through a confidence vote. The Court found no reason why the bill should be adopted through this procedure and also no proof of parliamentary blockage or inactivity regarding that bill.
