The Government on Monday survived a no-confidence vote in Parliament by a margin of 46 votes. This was the third time this year when the opposition tried to topple the Cabinet.
Prime Minister Emil Boc told reporters ahead of the vote he is not nervous and is confident the motion will be rejected.
The Government last week sought lawmakers' confidence vote to adopt the unitary wage law and the 2011 wage law and the opposition has submitted two motions of no-confidence, one for each act.
