Chelaru said lawmakers have until December 10 to submit amendments to the two bills.
Prime Minister Emil Boc said wages in the public sector are to increase 15% next year and the minimum wage would be increased to 670 lei (EUR1=RON4.2956) from the current RON600.
The Government may seek a confidence vote before the assembled Chamber of Deputies and Senate on a program, a declaration of general policy or a bill. The Executive is dismissed if the Parliament adopts a motion of no-confidence, filed within three days of its appearance.
