A FORT delegation entered the Government headquarters around 11.00 local time to hold talks with Transports Minister Razvan Cuc.
The hauliers are requesting the Government to amend provisions which regulate ridesharing apps in the Taxi Law, as they say would efficiently combat what they call “illicit passenger transport”.
According to the protests organizers, more than 1,000 transporters attended the protest. Bucharest’s Victory Square and adjacent boulevards and streets were blocked due to the high number of vehicles present at the demonstartion.
