Romanian Realtor To Offer Home Trial Period For Prospective Buyers

Prospective homebuyers can live for a while in an apartment similar to the one they picked, but furnished and fully equipped, to see how they like it, much like they would drive test a car.

„Any downpayment is returned in full if the prospective buyer is not happy with the home they picked,” the realtor said in a statement Monday.
