'We have a bill on the rehabilitation of building facades that will force homeowners to rehabilitate their buildings. It's ready and will probably be discussed Wednesday (by the Government - e.n.)," Udrea said during the Romanian Construct Forum, organized by MEDIAFAX.
She added local public authorities will be able to pay for rehabilitation works and then get their money back from homeowners. The bill allows local authorities to resort to foreclosure if they have to.
