Romanian Managers Reluctant To Hire, Despite Sentiment Boost - Survey

Romania’s outlook seems to be stabilizing, based on improved economic sentiment regarding the economy, payment terms and capital expenditure plans, but confidence is very low and employment is unlikely over the next 12 months, according to the Deloitte Business Sentiment Index.
