Romanian meteorologists have issued an advisory for blizzards and snow Wednesday evening through Thursday evening in the south, southwest and southeast parts of the country, including capital Bucharest.

Weather authorities expect gusty wind reaching speeds of up to 65 kilometers per hour in southern and southwestern Romania.
