Romanian MPs Validate Foreign Affairs Min Nomination

Diaconescu’s nomination was validated with 22 votes in favor, three abstentions and no vote against.

During the parliamentary hearing, references were made to priorities of the governing agenda, including the relations with the Republic of Moldova and the issues regarding the visas and the citizenship of Romanians in the Republic of Moldova, said Titus Corlatean, head of the Foreign Affairs Committee with the Senate.
