Romania Romtelecom Launches Online Application To Keep Clients Updated

The application, called My Account, provides Romtelecom clients with real time information on phone bills, activated options, Clicknet internet services and the date and place the last payment was made.

The application also allows subscribers to change their password for the Clicknet e-mail account, notify any flaws, if necessary, and stay updated on the situation until the problem is solved.

Romtelecom is the country’s largest fixed telephony operator and has nearly three million clients.
