Romanian President, PM Fly To Lisbon On The Same Aircraft

Romanian President Traian Basescu and Prime Minister Calin Popescu Tariceanu will fly to Lisbon Thursday on the same aircraft to sign the EU Reform Treaty, political sources said.

The Romanian President and Prime Minister last flew together on the same aircraft for the reunion of the 2006 Summer European Council.

The EU Reform Treaty will be signed Thursday in Lisbon. After that, Basescu and Tariceanu will head for Brussels at the European Council reuniting the Presidents and Prime Ministers of EU member states.
