The prime minister said a Council for economic dialog would be created, comprising experts from the ruling coalition and the opposition, to look for job-creating solutions.
He also said the Government agrees to appear in Parliament once a month to explain its future decisions.
As for early elections, Boc said the Government's fate is decided in Parliament, but an analysis is needed to determine what is best for Romania.
In turn, Social Democratic Party leader Victor Ponta said, after the meeting, that the opposition's demands were: cancelling the merger of local and parliamentary elections, the resignation of Interior Minister Traian Igas and a joint committee for the organization of early elections.
These demands will be reiterated in the extraordinary session, Ponta added.
