„We have emerged from recession, but the economic crisis is ongoing. Romania is, however, better prepared and we must be wise and protect the country from economic difficulties,” said Boc.

The prime minister also said he understands that macroeconomic data „won’t keep the public warm,” but insisted that the Government’s decisions were necessary in the wake of the economic crisis.

Boc warned the opposition that the public is dissatisfied with politics in general in the last 20 years, meaning politicians need to change their conduct, renouncing arrogance and improving communication.
