Romanian PM’s Car Nearly Egged In W Romania

A man threw eggs at the car carrying Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc and transport minister Radu Berceanu Friday at noon in Timisoara, western Romania, but didn’t hit any of the cars in the motorcade.

Eyewitnesses said the man ran from the scene taking to a lateral street near the Administrative Palace in Timisoara, where the two officials had a meeting with the Timis County Council meeting had taken place.

The motorcade accompanying the prime minster’s car didn’t stop following the incident, as none of the cars had been hit.
