Boc said the final decision regarding the structure of the Government belongs entirely to Croitoru.
"Lucian Croitoru will decide when he will make public the list with the new ministers. We offered him our political support as well as the human resources needed to set up the new Cabinet, but the final decision is entirely his," said Boc.
Almost all democrat liberal ministers were present at the meeting between Boc and Croitoru on Friday.
Democrat liberal leader of the party's Bucharest organization Liviu Negoita said Friday Croitoru will come before Parliament next week with a list of ministers that will not include any politician.
Democrat liberals told MEDIAFAX that Croitoru will forward to the Parliament Friday or Monday morning the list with the structure of the new Government made up of 14 ministries led by technocratic ministers.
The structure and the program of the new Government will be analyzed by the two chambers of the Parliament which will decide whether to give the new Executive a confidence vote.
The sources said Croitoru will have a smaller government, made up of only 14 ministries, adding several portfolios that are included in the structure of the current Government will disappear or will be transformed into departments, mentioning the Youth Ministry, the Ministry for SMEs, the Development Ministry and the Ministry for Relations with Parliament.
The sources said Croiroru might choose technocratic ministers, which means current democrat liberal ministers will not be part of the future Government.
Democrat liberals support the idea of a technocratic Government led by Croitoru and are confident the Parliament will endorse the new Executive, adding Croitoru might present the Parliament Friday or Monday with the structure of the Government, as the Constitution stipulates a designated prime minister must ask the Parliament for a confidence vote within ten days from being appointed.
