Romanian Floreasca Club Put Up For Sale At EUR38.7M

This is the 6th attempt to sell the club, but all auctions were annulled on lack of bids. Floreasca Club was first put up for sale on January 2007.

Floreasca Club was put up for sale with all its assets, including a tennis school leased by 2012.

In order to take part in the bid, the investors must submit an affidavit on agreeing to take over the lease contract.

The club has a restaurant, a pool, a 16,010 square meters land, on Floreasca lakeside, north of capital city Bucharest.
