Romanian President To Attend Talks On Govt Priorities Sunday
Romanian President Traian Basescu will attend a meeting of ruling Democratic Liberal Party leaders scheduled for Sunday afternoon, president’s spokesman Valeriu Turcan told MEDIAFAX.

According to Turcan, talks will focus on the Government's priorities.
People close to the matter told MEDIAFAX recently that democrat liberal leaders were summoned on Sunday for talks on upcoming internal elections.
The Government has recently sought lawmakers' vote of confidence to pass the country's new labor laws and is faced with a no-confidence motion, which will be put to the vote in Parliament next week. Unionists against the new Labor Code announced ample rallies on the day of the vote, March 16.
