Romanian Prime Minister Boc Announced Draft Education Law To Be Approved By End Of March
Romania's draft law on national education will be approved by the Government by the end of March and sent to Parliament for adoption, Prime Minister Emil Boc announced Monday, after a discussion with ambassadors of EU states.

The prime minister said he assured the ambassadors that Romania will respect all its international commitments, particularly the agreement with the International Monetary Fund.
People close to the matter told MEDIAFAX on Friday that the Government would request that the Parliament approve the draft unitary pension law by the end of May, and adopt the draft law on national education by July. The Government said the two laws are priorities.
The draft pension law will be approved by the Government in its first meeting in February.
