People close to the matter told MEDIAFAX that Costache will return to being manager of highway projects, a position he held prior to being appointed CNADNR general manager in September 2010.
Costache had replaced Dorina Tiron, who was dismissed by Transport Minister Anca Boagiu after an inspection revealed poor management both on an administrative level and as regards CNADNR's relations with construction and consulting firms.
