Romanian Real Estate Developers Present Their Offers At tIMOn Fair

The fair will be organized at the World Trade Center in Romania’s capital city Bucharest, between March 19 and March 23 and will display 70 residential projects.

The fair will present some 22,000 dwellings in locations like Bucharest, Brasov, Sinaia, Busteni, Bran, Iasi, Bacau, Ploiesti, Constanta, Costinesti, Olimp, Hurghada (Egypt), Balcic, Sofia and Sunny Beach (Bulgaria), Spain and Brazil. Of these, 17,000 homes will be put up for sale in Bucharest, 1,000 in the mountain area, 500 at the seaside, 1,500 in other cities around the country and 500 abroad.

A survey conducted after the fair’s February edition, shows that 82% of the 17,000 visitors showed increased interest in apartments and were willing to pay between EUR75,000 and EUR150,000 to acquire one.

The cheapest house promoted at tIMOn is a two-room unfinished apartment in Hurghanda-Egypt whose price rises at EUR10,000, VAT not included.

In Bucharest, the cheapest offers include studio apartments that have a EUR48,000 starting price, VAT included, and the most expensive are the penthouses that rise to 1 million euros.
