Enache will manage Realitatea Media under the authority of the group's legal administrator, Rovigo. The latter was appointed Realitatea Media's legal administrator through a decision of the Bucharest Court on September 7, a few days after the group filed for insolvency.
Rovigo announced earlier Thursday that the management contract Realitatea Media signed with Asesoft has been denounced and Realitatea TV manager Sebastian Ghita will be replaced.
According to Schwartzenberg, Enache, former general manager of Realitatea TV, will take over the management of the group.
Ghita assumed the management of Realitatea Media in October 2010. Asesoft said at that time it would invest EUR75 million in the following five years in modernizing and developing the international operations of Realitatea Media, which was owned by businessman Sorin Ovidiu Vintu.
On April 29, 2011, Schwartzenberg announce he has bought a 91% stake in Bluelink Comunicazione, major shareholder in Realitatea Media.
