Romanian Ruling Coalition Loses Senate Majority As MP Quits Democrat Liberal Group

Radulescu said he has left the group of democrat liberal MPs and will be an independent senator.

Following Radulescu's decision, the ruling coalition lost Senate majority as it now has 68 senators, out of 137.

People close to the matter told MEDIAFAX recently Radulescu might leave the Democratic Liberal Party and join the opposition Conservative Party.
