According to Boc, the document's principles have been discussed during a coalition meeting Monday morning.
Ruling Democratic Liberal Party secretary general Gheorghe Flutur said recently the party's standing office empowered the prime minister to complete and sign the protocol of the ruling coalition.
Flutur said the protocol includes economic recovery goals and the coalition's plan to win elections in 2012 and remain at the helm of the country.
The ruling coalition is made up of the Democratic Liberal Party, the Democratic Union of Hungarians in Romania, the National Union for the Progress of Romania and the group of national minorities.
