Romania’s OMV Petrom Hikes Pump Prices By Up To RON0.07/Liter

Romania’s largest oil company OMV Petrom (SNP.RO) raised Friday its gasoline and diesel oil pump prices by 0.05 lei (EUR1=RON4.2208) per liter and, respectively RON0.07/liter, following the increase of international crude prices.

Thus, as of Friday, one liter of unleaded Premium gasoline costs RON4.37, while one liter of unleaded Top Premium 99+ can be bought with RON4.74 per liter.

One liter of OMV Carrera 95 and of OMV Carrera 100 now cost RON4.51 and RON5.14, respectively.

The Top Nordic Diesel can be bought with RON4.38 per liter, while one liter of OMV Sprint Diesel costs RON4.42 per liter as of Friday.

The price of Euro Diesel 5 and OMV Alpin Diesel rose Friday to RON4.21 per liter and RON4.71 per liter, respectively.

Petrom is the largest corporation in Romania and the largest gas and oil producer in Southeastern Europe. It is owned by Austria’s OMV AG (OMV.VI).
