The Supreme Court will try the case starting July 14.
The main defendant in the case is Voicu, who has been under arrest since late March on charges of influence peddling and fraud, and whose request for parole was denied twice.
Costiniu, who was suspended from his position of Supreme Court judge after his arrest, was released from custody alongside Casuneanu and Locic and was investigated at large on charges of corruption.
According to prosecutors, Voicu claimed and received 119,000 lei (EUR1=RON4.1950) in August 2009 from Locic to whom he promised to intervene with the police in a criminal case.
Prosecutors also say Voicu offered to help influential people who had certain interests in files tried by the Bucharest Court and the Supreme Court, in return for support in acceding to a government position.
Romanian media made public fragments of discussions which show Voicu tried to intervene with the Supreme Court and the Police in cases involving Casuneanu, Locic and Constanta mayor's brother Alexandru Mazare.
