Romanian Meteorologists Issue Code Yellow Warning For Rain, Storm

“Instability in the atmosphere will increase in the west, south-west, north and center of the country, as well as in mountain areas and will be characterized by heavy rain, thunderstorms and strong wind," weather authorities said.

Rain quantities might exceed 25 liters per square meter and 56-60 liters per square meter in some areas.

Such phenomena can occur in restricted areas in the rest of the country.
