Geoana stated that PSD must not become part of the political game inherent in the presidential election campaign. In his opinion, Romania needs political stability and a means out of economic recession, and not an early campaign.

Geoana announced that a new Executive Committee meeting will be summoned next week, which will estabilish the main criteria of the European Parliament election campaign and conclude the party’s list of candidates.
