„Today (Monday) we have established working commissions formed of senators and deputies, for each draft law that will be challenged. Thus, the working commissions have identified all the unconstitutional elements (…). A group of five legal experts, coordinated by senator Teodor Melescanu, will formulate a comprehensive challenge in the Constitutional Court,” said liberal deputy group leader Eugen Nicolaescu.

The official added liberal MPs filed 522 amendments to the three law packs, including 383 amendments to the national education law.
