Marius Lacatus won 3-1 his first game as FC Steaua Bucuresti coach in the Wednesday game played at home against FC Otelul Galati, in the XIII stage of the First League.

The footballers who brought Steaua its victory were footballers Nicolae Dica and Dorin Semeghin.
 
Dica opened the score in the seventh minute and scored again during the second half (66 minute) from a penalty shot.
 
FC Steaua managed to defeat Otelul 3-1 after footballer Dorin Semeghin (Otelul) headed the ball into his own team’s net.
 
Banel Nicolita also scored for Steaua in the 37th minute but the goal was annulled following his previous foul of Zaharia.
 
Otelu reduced the difference in the 52nd minute through Janos Szekely, who scored from a 30 meter free-kick.
