Romanian Notifies Consumer Authority Against Erotic Hotline

Chief inspector Silviu Bacalum of the consumer authority said the client claims to have been not only dissatisfied with the service, but was also offended.

 

"We had a consumer who called an erotic hotline and was dissatisfied with the service. Moreover, he says he was offended,” Bacalum said.

 

Investigators of the consumer authority said the complaint turned out to be ungrounded, as the services offered were considered of a high quality.

 

"The inspector who took the case said the complaint is ungrounded. He spoke to the hotline, checked the complaint and said everything was fine,” Bacalum added.
