Romanian Airline Co Tarom To Launch Two New Bucharest – Satu Mare Flights

County council president Mircea Govor told MEDIAFAX he met with two Tarom representatives, namely contract manager Alexandru Szlivka and sales consultant Elena Joita-Barbu, to complete the flight schedule on the Satu Mare airport.

"The Tarom representatives proposed a new flight schedule. Starting next Monday there will be two new round trip flights to Bucharest, Monday and Wednesday afternoon. The flights will leave Bucharest at 17.15 local time and land in Satu Mare at 18.30, from where they will return at 18.50," Govor said.

The price of a round trip ticket between Satu Mare and Bucharest will reach some RON350, if it is bought at least two weeks before the flight. If it is bought one day before the flight, the ticket can reach a price of RON1,000.

Some 500 people are using this route monthly.
