Current laws say a self-employed person (PFA) may not hire third parties, but the draft ordinance removes this restriction.
"A self-employed person may carry out their activity individually and independently, or may employ third parties, with individual work contracts registered with the territorial labor inspectorate," says the document obtained by MEDIAFAX.
The Government argues the act is needed urgently to stimulate the business environment and improve the speed of economic recovery by increasing revenue to the state budget and benefit collections.
