For the Senate, democrat liberals got 201,254 votes, social democrats got 182,661 votes, liberals got 81,413 votes and the Hungarian minority party gained 2,231 votes, but not enough to secure a seat in Senate. Bucharest will be represented in Senate by 12 lawmakers and the Election Office will announce Tuesday which party gets another mandate.
For the Chamber of Deputies, democrat liberals got 197,067 votes, social democrats got 154,418 votes, liberals got 83,151 votes and the Hungarian minority party got 1,918 votes, but no mandate. Bucharest will be represented in Senate by 28 lawmaker and another mandate will be distributed depending on reports of all other electoral divisions in the country.
