Social Democrats To Team Up With No One But Conservatives For Future Govt

Romania’s leftist opposition Social Democratic Party only plans to team up with the Conservative Party in a future government, social democrat vice-president Cristian Diaconescu said Sunday.

“We plan to form a government alone, with our conservative allies, of course,” Diaconescu said, adding the Social Democratic Party sees no argument to team up with any right-winged party in Romania and any speculation in that respect is null.
