Romanian Seaside Tourists Rejoice Low-Cost Program „One Week By The Sea”

The federation said in a press release that, given the evolution of prices and tourists’ purchasing power, the new edition of the program will keep prices at the level in September 2009.

Vacation packages cost RON159 per person for six-night accommodation at one-star hotels, RON189 at two-star hotels, RON219 at three-star hotels and RON399 at four-star hotels. Prices include VAT and the 10% fee for travel agencies.

„Accommodation places included in this program address all categories of Romanian tourists and sales will use the principle «first come, first served»,” the press release also reads.

So far, the program includes 33 seaside hotels offering over 4,600 accommodation places per series.
