Steaua Owner To Pay EUR9.25M For Agric Co. Comaico – Sources

Comaico manages over 100 hectares of land, most of them located near capital city Bucharest.

The two businessmen have signed a pre-contract on the deal this spring, the mentioned sources said.

Bucsaru declined to comment, saying the transaction is confidential.

In 2006, Comaico reported losses of 1.37 million lei (EUR1-RON3.5656). The company had revenues of RON1.18 million and fixed assets worth RON62.27 million.

Comaico reported profit of RON1.6 million in 2005.
