Romanian Businessman Dorin Umbrarescu Mulls Wind Pwr Investments In Vrancea County

"I have carried out a study on the winds in the area, and it is an area that has average winds. It will probably take at least 10 years to finalize the project," Umbrarescu said.

Power producer and distributor company Energycum W, owned by Umbrarescu, is already working on installing two wind power turbines in Adjud area.
