„Possible after the renegotiation of the PNRR. The renegotiation is taking place at the moment. We have the memoranda from all the ministries. We did it in our drafting form. They want it in a different form,” said Ciolacu in the discussion with journalists present at the Victoria Palace.
Regarding the third tranche of the PNRR and the outstanding milestones, the prime minister specified that Romania will receive only part of the expected amount.
„Out of the 2 billion, Romania will benefit from 1.3 billion,” said the head of government.
Marcel Ciolacu’s statements come in the context of discussions between Romanian authorities and European officials regarding PNRR adjustments and compliance with the milestones necessary for the release of European funds.
