"For corporate clients, consumption fell by more than 10%, while for individuals the decrease was below 10%," MOL Romania general manager Zsolt Szalay told a news conference Wednesday.

Szalay added that the estimated fuel consumption increase by yearend will be triggered by consumption and tourism seasonality, as well as by the lower fuel prices compared with last year.

MOL Romania reported a turnover of almost EUR590 million in 2008, up 11% on the year, and a EUR12 million profit.
