Hydrologists Issue Flood Warnings For Rivers In NE, E And W Romania

The new warning concerns the rivers Ramnicu Sarat, Putna, Trotus, Bistrita, Moldova, Suceava, Barlad, Bahlui, Sitna, Jijia, in the eastern and northeastern counties of Buzau, Vrancea, Bacau, Harghita, Neamt, Suceava, Iasi and Botosani, according to the website of the Natioanl Institute for Hydrology and Water Management.

The advisory issued Saturday is still in effect: code orange and code yellow for many rivers and tributaries in the entire western half of the country.
