The Government decided to extend the registration period because only 71% of employers sent the required information by the end of October. Of this group, 77% registered and provided the data online.
The decision issued by the Government Wednesday makes clear what information is to be provided to the employee registry: the base monthly wage and bonuses as stipulated in the individual work contract.
Every employer is required to create an employee registry, by using the government’s REVISAL application or its own software. The registry must then be transmitted to the territorial labor inspectorate and made available to labor inspectors on request.
