Constanta prefect Danut Culetu said Friday evening in a press conference that 16 locations are faced with power outages, while twelve villages are faced with drinking water shortage.
Following this serious situation, the authorities in Constanta gave bread and water to the people in Comana, Negru Voda and Albesti villages, which were seriously affected by blizzard during the last few days.
