Ukrainian President Honors Coach Mircea Lucescu And Shakhtar Donetsk FC

Romanian defender Razvan Rat received the award For Courage, 3rd class. The team’s second coach, Alexandru Spiridon, received the Medal for Work and Victory from the Ukrainian president.

Shakhtar Donetsk, coached by Mircea Lucescu, won the UEFA cup after defeating Germany's Werder Bremen in the final match, which took place on May 20 in Istanbul.
