Bucharest City Hall To Eliminate 268 Vacant Positions – Mayor
The Bucharest Council Wednesday approved the new organizational chart of the city hall, which states the institution will eliminate 268 vacancies to bring its total number of posts to 1,354.
Of the 1,354 posts within the city hall, 1,076 are public positions and 278 are contractual positions.
Oprescu declined to comment on the draft Government Emergency Ordinance which proposes a new calculation method for the maximum number of administration employees, saying that the provisions included in the decree have not been forwarded to the city hall.
