Romanian Rompetrol To Cut Pump Prices By RON0.03/Liter

Romania’s second-largest oil group Rompetrol, owned by Kazakhstan's KazMunayGaz, will cut Tuesday its gasoline and diesel oil prices by 0.03 lei (EUR1= RON4.2738) per liter, after reducing Monday only the gasoline prices.

On Monday, Rompetrol cut its gasoline prices by RON0.02 per liter, but kept diesel oil prices unchanged.

Thus, the prices of Efix 95 and Alto 101 gasoline will be of RON3.90 and RON4.51 per liter, respectively.

Efix Diesel and Diesel Alto 55 prices will be reduced to RON3.78 and RON4.07 per liter, respectively.

The prices of fuel sold in Rompetrol’s gas stations may vary by +/- 5%, compared with the reference prices.

On Monday, Romania’s dominant oil company Petrom (SNP.RO) also cut its gasoline and diesel oil pump prices by RON0.03 per liter.
