The North-Atlantic Alliance finds itself in a crucial moment as it has to make a decision on operations in Afghanistan and on its role in the promotion of stability and Euro-Atlantic values in the Balkans and the Black Sea area, said Romanian Prime Minister Calin Tariceanu.

The Atlantic Council of the USA and the Euro-Atlantic Council in Romania – NATO House will organize, with the help of the Romanian Intelligence Service, between April 2 and April 4, the "Young Atlanticist Summit," created as a meeting opportunity for future leaders in the Euro-Atlantic region.
