Romanian university “Spiru Haret” was introduced on the list of private accredited universities, with the clear specification that the degrees and the accredited or authorized study programs will function temporarily, government spokesperson Ioana Muntean said Wednesday.

Two Israeli doctors who were applied preventive arrest in the investigation of fertility clinic Sabyc after attempting to leave Romania on Tuesday had been working without license, sanitary authorization and without the approval of the Doctors College.

Romanian health minister Ion Bazac on Thursday said the Israeli doctors were not allowed to work in the Sabyc fertility clinic without the approval of the Health Ministry, adding that they didn’t ask for such an authorization from the ministry.
