Romania To Submit Set Of Measures For Black Sea Area To EU, NATO

Romania will submit an analysis of the situation in the Black Sea area and a set of measures in a non-paper (unofficial presentation - e.n.) to the European Union and NATO members, Romanian president Traian Basescu said Friday.
